Sales Representative -
Work From Home (WFH)

As a Sales Representative you will drive the sales efforts of our new cloud healthcare products. You will engage in outbound + inbound focused sales and marketing efforts to potential clients. You develop and manage your own sales pipeline, appointments, and contract negotiations. Leads are provided by a variety of marketing efforts, existing client upgrades, and our lead development team. 

​Full-time | Remote | $15/hr + No cap commission

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Handle outbound calls and emails, with minimal inbound call volume.

  • Initiating contact with leads via phone call and email to qualify, present our product, and close a sale. 

  • Managing the sales process from lead to close.

  • Continuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity, and forecast data in Salesforce (CRM).

  • Identifying, qualifying & maximizing sales opportunities.

  • Negotiating contracts 

  • Executing Consensus' sales methodology to investigate and identify customers’ needs and determine solutions.

  • Achieving monthly sales quotas.

 

Qualifications: 

  • (Required) Minimum of three years sales experience

  • Salesforce experience and or comparable CRM 

  • Knowledge and experience with Excel.

  • Experience with Zoom or a comparable video call platform.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport quickly by phone or email.

  • You must be competitive, organized, self-motivated, and desire career advancement.

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand all aspects of new products, technologies, and offerings.

  • Experience delivering web presentations to individuals and groups at the management and executive level.
